Returns, Cancellations & Shipping
 
We want you to be completely happy with your willow. Because fresh willow rods and cuttings are living plant materials, keeping them healthy requires a little extra care right from the start. Please read our guidelines below so you know what to expect.

Returns
 

• The Window: You have 10 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• The Condition: To be eligible, your items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Most importantly, the butts of the willow rods must have been kept in 8cm of water outdoors, exactly as outlined in our care instructions.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know the status of your refund right away. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method, minus a £20 administration fee plus any non-recoverable payment processing charges (such as those from PayPal or card providers).
   

Cancelled Orders

Changed your mind before your order ships? No problem at all. If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund your payment, minus the £20 administration fee and any processing or fee reversal charges from your original payment method.

Return Shipping
 

• We will gladly arrange for our courier to collect the return for you.

• Unless the willow was damaged by the courier upon its original delivery, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
